5.4.6. Graded and marked eggs put on sale at the retailer’s establishment in honeycomb cartons outside their box or in bulk must be presented with a sign where the information prescribed in section 5.4.1 is clearly legible in indelible ink.
If cartons are put at the disposal of consumers for the transportation of such eggs, they must be new, clean and have no inscription.

5.4.6. In the retailer’s establishment, eggs placed in honeycomb cartons may be offered for sale outside their box or their case, if the inscriptions prescribed by section 5.4.3 are inscribed in indelible letters on a sign adjacent to the honeycomb cartons.
The cartons made available to consumers for the transport of eggs must be new and must bear the inscriptions prescribed by section 5.4.3 in indelible letters, or have no inscription.
